Returns

Since customised products are personalised specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes items such as custom prints, embroidered designs, or any products made to your unique specifications.

If your customised product arrives defective, damaged, or with an error that was made by us (e.g., incorrect design or personalisation), we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or defect, and we will assist you in receiving a replacement.

If the product you receive does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will verify the mistake and work to resolve the issue. If a mistake is found, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
